Great Portfolio.
Appropriate industry-standard hardware and software setup. Knowledge of the latest versions of 3DS MAX, VRay, Corona and Photoshop.
Experience in creating any type of image (from small interior to large exterior).
Ability to speak (not only write) in English. Being a cool, easy to get along with person.
